Live-in shifts are paid for 16 hours a day with 8 hours of personal time. Client provides sleeping quarters and bathroom as well as meals during your assigned shifts. Must be able to work well with a partner caregiver who works the days you are off. Your Role: As an in-home caregiver with us, you'll play a vital role in providing essential care and support to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. We work hard to create the best possible client/caregiver match. Our caregivers assist with various non-medical tasks based on their experience and comfort levels, including: Bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance Meal preparation and cooking Standby and hands-on assistance Light housekeeping duties Medication reminders Bedbound care for more critical clients Requirements: Minimum of two years of caregiving experience, preferably with senior clients Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, which include being able to lift up to 40 pounds, help clients of various heights and weights transfer chairs to beds, repositioning bedbound clients, and providing standby assistance as needed. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve client care and mobility requirements.
